I'm pulling mine when I respray it this winter. The moldings don't do much anyway, seeing as most car doors hit a foot higher than the moulding.:splat:

I just waited until it was hot out....and peeled them off. Not much work.
Cleaning the left over adhesive off can be a bitch. Had a blister on my thumb for a few days.

Heat gun and fishing line- just don't go overboard with the heat and screw up the paint, or worse yet, the door panel! Heat it up and then use the fishing line like floss and cut all the way down. It's how we used to remove emblems at the body shop so we could reuse them when the appraisers wouldn't pay for new ones!
i dont have them either.....dont has side pics tho
