So seriously none of you care about your neighbors' rights? It's one thing if a whiny old fart complains about every little thing. But if your car is truly a loud beast and multiple neighbors agree that it's bothersome, why make it even louder? You know if one of them was constantly/regularly making a noise that loud at a time that inconvenienced you and not only did they keep doing it but they made it louder, you would probably be unhappy with them.
There has to be at least some consideration for your neighbors...
