Forgive me for the silly questions:
When you say "pulley/ bearing assembly", do you mean the tensioner pulley or another part? (cause I already replaced the tensioner pulley and belt)
And if so: is there any way to bench test which part is broken?

The pulley on the compressor is replaceable. That pulley usually comes with a bearing. It looks like this:
