I've heard of acne and backne but never buttne.
Get it cut out...it's in a painful spot so it'll be covered by your insurance. If it wasn't they'd use that "it's cosmetic" bullshits.
I had one they are not fun. I had the doctor cut it out but then it leaves a hole there and it has to get stuffed full of medicated gauze. :eek2: not fun but it is really common according to my doctor he said it is called jeep seat syndrome which is describing the military. anyway good luck and you may as well get it over and done with it sounds worse than it is but it won't get better until it is cut off.
Surgery about 10 years ago.
Painful....until 3 hours after having it removed.
I had the same thing.First time had it drained and crossed my fingers.Well that was a no go.After it came back went and had it cut out.On mine they made a incision in my buttcrack and where the cyst actually was. So its actually two spots left open to drain. Was out of work for awhile, but realy dont remember how long cause it was a few years ago.Havent had a problem after the surgery.
The worst part after was they stuff the hole with gauze and your supose to take it out when you get home.Yeah right my wife had to pick it out with tweezers one string at a time.
I would suggest go straight to the surgery.
I've had one for a couple years.... Haven't gotten it cut out yet
I had something like that on my throat years back..
Was there for a year, not much bigger than a BB.. Then one weekend it puffed up bigger than a golf ball.. Got hard to eat etc.. The ER I went to covered my throat and spritzed the thing with liguid Nitrogen to deaden the pain.. said that it was too puffy to use an injection.. The sound that sucker made when they lanced it.. ugh.. and the smell... Gah.
I watched this "stuff" come oozing out.. Looked like old velveeta laced with blood.. Na-aasty.. They then removed the cyst lining.. Took about 45 mins.. Few days of packing and removing gauze etc and a ton of anti-biotics.. If you could have seen what came out of that thing... You'd Just get it Removed.. ASAP.. If that MoFo breaks internally and all that crap gets into your system.. Bad News man.
Go get it yanked.
I had one dude. It hurts like a motherfucker. I was given an antibiotic i think, and it ended up poppin' on its own in the shower. Stinky mess, just you wait. Havn't had it happen since.
Dude, those things are such a pain in the ass.
:haha:
But seriously, I know two people that have had it and neither of them needed surgery, they just got it popped and cleaned by a doctor. So not all of em need surgery
A friend of mine shared his story on a forum. I guess it was painful, you should see a doctor
I had a plantar wart in the bottom of my foot once. I just got a new drill bit and soaked it in alcohol then drilled it out of the bottom of my foot. Sounds like you could do the same thing.
Its painful because its on the Sacrum/Coccyx are of your spine. Its literally pressing against the Spinal nerves. Best way is relieve the pain is to drain it, so you relieve the pressure from your spine.
stop feeding the troll!!!
also, we talk about these cysts in my obstetrics class....i thought these were only found in babies, interesting, but yes, they suck
ever seen a girl with a dimple above her buttcrack? congenital pilonidal cyst
I had one. Back in 06 decided to have it removed after having had it lanced twice in previous years. It burst 2 days before surgery. It didn't help that my immune system was compromised due to my taking chemo drugs (under the supervision of a DR) to try and rid myself of having Hep-C (same stuff they give AID's patients). I was truly fucked up. They delayed surgery for 6 hours til my blood sugar came down and I got fluids cuz I was dehydrated. I also had an abcess in the region of the perineum that needed to be removed so it was a "2 fer"....
After surgery I spent 5 days in the hospital recovery (4 days under a morphine drip - YUM! Just press the button and pain goes bye bye) and a further 32 days in an acute care recovery center as I had no one at home that could dress the wounds. There they gave me OxyCodone for the pain: 10mg 2x daily with the option for 5mg every 2 hrs if needed. Trust me I needed it as it hurt like hell. 2 1" deep by 1" round holes in your backside will bring anybody to their knees. The OxyCodone worked it's miracle. 10 days before I was let out I quit the extra doses cuz I had to be drug free for 1 week before they'd consider letting me go.
The place where I convalesced had quite a few end of life patients (3 died while I was there) and a large population of acute care folks (some paraplegics - car wrecks and gunshot wounds mostly). The care staff was very good but the smell (death, unwashed folks [I was the only patient that showered daily after I got well enough to do so] and folks that have shat themselves) became unbearable after awhile and I couldn't wait to get home.
Although I had insurance it still cost me $5k out of pocket. I suggest you have it removed ASAP.
Duse thats a baby wound, lol....ive seen some on my floor that are 8 inches wide and 6 inches deep, got a woman now who looks like she was skinned from the knee down.
but im just fuckin with you....ulcers like that fuckin suck, regardless.
