Dude, in the grand scheme of things you have actually confessed to a crime here in this forum. These transcripts would be admissible as evidence in a court of law.

I wouldn't even bother going after him in court if it were me. Driving a POS truck with stuff falling all over the place? That's a mexican for sure, so he would never show up to court. Probably isn't even a citizen.
