so what happened Orion? Did he realize it was gone this morning?
I'm uploading the video now. :D It'll take a while for it to sink in that it's really gone. He already had a few ideas on how to get another one. :D He asked if I'd buy him another one and when I said no he asked if we could go steal one from someone else. This may backfire on me. Well, as long as he's a good thief I guess. :D
I'm going to video tape us "finding" it later. Not sure if I'm going to give it back to him today or not. May let him sit on it for a couple of days. I'll just see how he's acting about it.
It's cruel I agree with you guys but it's something that needs done. I shouldn't have to tell him to put his 4 wheeler up every day. If he likes it as much as he says he does then it's his responsibility to take care of it. The first thing he said was that I forgot to put it up. Not in my job description.
I don't think it was cruel at all. Lessons are often tough.
Funny how quickly they find 'alternative' remedies though isn't it
I'd say a good week long grounding from it will do the job. It will seem like a year to him, and, he'll remember to put it up when he's done with it ;)
i felt bad haha but its for his own good
Tough love is tough. But sometimes to "teach" properly we (parents) must exercise some tough love. Put your stuff up and they dont do it....well Orion is doing the tight thing. I bet our lil buddy here Zach will put his shit up now! :) Lesson learned and no harm no foul.
i agree, great idea
Damn you inbred Ohians sound funny.
I think the Naughty Step would have got the job done.
he cries just like his daddy when we pick on him. :D
It would be really funny if he finds it and moves it to another place. He will teach you a lesson not to mess with him.
