GM has a ~$600 upgrade at the dealer, basically a re-tune on the PCM and it ups the boost on the Eco-Techs. Additional 40 HP! Now they are 300 HP, you can get it for any of those turbo engines. I'd take a Sostice GXP, with the tune, please. Manual trans, of course. Or, how about a Saturn Sky? Those are not gay.
