How tall are you? You should prob cut down on the cardio and do more weights - This is to not keep buring muscle - I would almost bet you lost a good portion of muscle too!

I think he's 6ft even. At 253 I'm sure he was pretty out of shape, so 190 is nearly ideal at that height. Now if he maintains his diet and continues to eat the clean calories, ups his protein a bit but lifts the weights any weight gain will be reflected in lean muscle mass.
