lol well it did...
that's weird i've got full bolt ons and a cam and i've slammed the hell out of third and it never sidesteps.... what kinda tires ya'll got on there?
Well it depends on how you shift very much. I've noticed that a lot lately. I think I got the shifting down to where I can have the back end come out.
If you can chirp 4th you need better tires.
If you are hitting 5th gear that hard....you will be looking to replace that T56 soon. Those overdrive gears are not designed to handle power. Just cruise.
give me a couple minutes ill try to post video
I dont drive my car like that all the time...
oh i misunderstood you, i thought you were sayin you had pretty much like brought it into "polished skill/artform" territory and i was like dear god.
Yeah i do it when it's wet all the time.
I bet the chick wondered why your car got sideways like that LOL! Probably no clue about front or rear wheel drive. At least of the Scions, that is the best looking one.
Last year at the dragstrip I could hear my car chirping 4th, got it on video also. The shift into 2nd seemed like I was really going sideways, but on video review it was just barely. And you can overpower your TC, sounds like that is what happened. Glad I don't have that option....
I have video of me getting loose in 3rd gear....from a rolling punch. No clutch.
I would rather go than spin though. :)
No clutch? You shifted without using the clutch?
