I truly wish I was just making this up.
Edit: The politician in question has realized just how stupid this idea was and has "clarified" his comment (ie, there was a huge backlash that I wasn't expecting that made me look like the idiot that I am) and has claimed it was just a thought.
Maybe this is the governments answer to everyone suing people for retarded reasons.
