Yea me too.........EVERY male on my side that is over 45 has had a heart attach.....in the genes and its the way we are biult....i used to be really stocky...but i cut down on the lifting after he told me what i had.....he pulled me over to the side and told me that if i die from health it will most likely be from a heart attack.......they put a heart monitor on me for 24 hrs and said that most of the unusual activity was when i was sleeping

fuck... i was supposed to get some blood test done to see if i was possible diabetic... i never did... and i was supposed to be put on a tread mill while hooked up to an ekg but i didn't do that either...

i'm going ot go get some seriouse life insurance for my kid.. fuck that.. if i die i'm gona hook her up...

Yup.....i can keep teh stress down, im a real relaxed person(teh worst ive gotten in a while was on teh net teh other day with that stupid army guy) and the caffeine i can deal with....but no more Select and Vodka w/ pinapple juice is gunna kill me......im no alcoholic(havent gottan drunk since christmas) but i like to have a berr every couple days
