Miscellaneous parts wanted

I just bought a 2000 Formula and am looking to replace a few missing or broken parts. If you have any of the following items, please pm me with an asking price...shipping zip would be 85050.

1. 1 Center Cap - Silver with "ABS" logo. Fits on factory 16x8 twisted spoke wheels. (RPO codes PA6 or N60).

2. 3 Black Plastic lug covers for stock lug nuts.

3. T-Handle bolt for securing jack to car.

4. Rubber brake and clutch pads (for 6-speed)

5. Stock shift knob (again for M6).

6. Manual antenna assembly. I need the entire assembly to replace a broken power antenna.

7. Ashtray lid - Ebony for manual console.

i have the power antenna assembly, pm if intersted
