Anyone order from thunderracing.com lately? I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything except the initial email. I've sent an email to them checking but I haven't received a reply. I'm not overly concerned because my card hasn't been charged and I've order quite a bit from them in the past. Just wondering if anyone knows anything.
Call them. I know theyre open. I work like a mile from them.
I've had trouble lately. You have to call them directly. The hurricaine is impacting them heavily. Although, my issue with late parts predated the hurricaine by 2 months.
I had some trouble, but that was because they were back ordered for a fuel pump, and then a hurricane hit when I was ready to start wondering when it would make it here. Usually they are great to deal with and I have used them a few times with great luck.
That's what I was figuring. Like I said I have ordered from them before and have been very satisfied.
