there is a wierd sound coming from under the hood, sounds like a piece of wire, or string is spining around in there... it only makes this noise when i get up in the high rpm's... could anyone explain what this might be? it sounds like somethings loose or un atached. and i cant find anything wrong
how many miles are on the car? could be the timing chain getting loose if its been driven hard a lot. or it could be the bearings in a pulley.

any other way to explane the noise???
well its kind of like a ticking/flapping noise, but it sounds like something small... just at like 5-6 thousand rpms i dont know how else to explain it...

well i could try, but its only when im driving, not sitting and idling. no the check engine light isnt on.
