any ideas????

my baby's momma(lol) has a 96 jeep cherokee w/a 4.0 v6(if that matters pertaining to this problem). for the past month or so, she has told me that it wouldnt start sometimes. she would have to wait 15-20 minutes, then try agian. and it would start, she said. every time that it has happened to her is when she is just leaving work heading home, so i hadnt actually seen what its doing or not doing. sure enough it happened last night while she was picking her son up from her moms. it was like 12:30, so her mom let her drive her car home. i went over there earlier to try and start it, and nothing. i checked the battery with a battery tester and it is good. when i turn it over, it doesnt do shit, no lights on the dash come up or anything, i mean it does jack shit. checked the wires from the battery to the alternator and they looked good. sound like the starter? or the alternator? im clueless at the moment.

the problem is when the self(car starter)is hot it won't start if u are in a hurry just try to splash it with cold water or u can just change it with a brand new one do n't buy the rebuilt one
