well, you could comply I suppose, or maybe apply for an exemption to the rules. It could be so high that it's unsafe or an obstruction for someone else.
If you're flying a big huge flag that blocks someones awesome view of the mountains or ruining their property value, it's not really your "right" because you're having an ill effect on someone else. That's my thought at least.

I think he is referring to this story .. And yes you should take down the flag if there is already existing ordinances and zoning laws against it .. Mr Trump is not in trouble because of flag size or pole height .. He is in trouble because He thinks he can do whatever he feels whenever he feels like it ..

I drive by the flag of topic regularly. It looks good where it is, and the size it is. It's on his huge ass property on the ocean. Can be seen from boaters or from vehicles crossing the intracoastal. Perfectly fine IMO. If you knew what cock lickers the town of Palm Beach were, you would side with Trump even though he's not great either.I'm glad he won't be bullied by them.
