Depending on how long the car's been sitting, I'd skip the power steering & coolant flush. The car runs DexCool, which is supposed to be a 100,000 mile coolant (50k is probably more likely, unless your coolant is unnecessarily dirty).
Instead of those two flushes, I'd suggest a few other items:
- Swap your air filter for a better-flowing reusable one (like a K&N)
- Lube any grease fittings under the car
- Lubricate door hinges & door locks
- Lubricate your weatherstripping, to keep it soft
- Put some leather treatment on the seats
- For M6: Swap out your transmission fluid with a synthetic & change the filter
- Rotate your tires (if you're due for a rotation)
- Alignment check
- WASH YOUR CAR! (clean & shine the rims, maybe even clean the engine bay)
