a/c condensor always on?

I've noticed that my a/c condensor is ALWAYS dripping wet even if i know i've never turned it on. Is that right?

nope it is not. Check the clutch on the compressor. If it is not engaged it should free wheel in your hand, if it is engaged something has seized it, or its getting voltage some how.

YES! i always leave the defroster on heat when i cruise with the tops off-why would that affect a/c though?
