Any ideas??
ok i have a 2000 z28 A4 i got it like 2 years ago. it already had some mods done to it some of them i know some i MAY not know . i do know it has a SLP catback so no muffler and long headers. the EGR modification, ported TB, SLP mass air flow. SLP lid, free ram air, baker induction elbow, someone also told me i have a shift kit in my car cuz it shifts really firm? it have 78000 on it. OK here is the problem when im at a dead stop and i go to take of a little less then half throttle it will stumble a little and also right after it shifts from 3rd to 4th it will stumble tell it gets some more rpms. and it seem not be very fast to me. i do not have not drove to many sports cars in my life to. but i have had people tell me a ls1 will cut the tires lose pretty easy well thats is not so with my car and the ABS light is on so i think the past owner turned it off so he could do a burn out also i have drag radials. PLEASE HELP!!!

People say that SLP Mass Air sensor is no good so if you have the stock one, put it back on.

I have heard the same thing about the mass air meter, and the reason your car wont "cut the tires loose" as easily is because you have drag radials. They are softer and stickier, and made for traction. And maybe a tune up might help??

i do have the stock MAF it was the only mod i did. i will try the stock one see if it will help with the stumbling. and as far as the the "tires spinning" thats was my way of saying that i feel it is under powered and i should soon be getting some street tires seeing as i have never took my car to the track so no need for the slicks. Thanks For The Help. ill keep yall posted
