UMI, BMR, Spohn
I personally like UMI. They back their products very well, are priced well, and Ryan at UMI is a TON of help.
theres a whole suspension section on here. what are you looking for? better handling, looks, comfort? If you want to handle better and not spend much get subframe connectors.
Suspension and Chassis are two different things. Just be aware of that.
As for your wanting to "improve" it.... that's different for different folks. When I speak to my customers (new or old) and they tell me they want to change the car, the first thing I need to know is what the car does they don't like. Only then can I recommend parts to do the best job of fixing what you dislike. I don't want you on parts that are for some other trait that isn't a problem, that's just tossing $$$ away.
I'll tell you now that SFC's are not ever at the top of my recommended list. The cars can be made stiffer, but that's not the big issue. In fact the reason most folks put on SFC's has to do with shocks more than anything. Most of the slamming that makes the car quiver should be sucked up by good damping. Poor shocks do a poor job of this and impacts make it through to the unibody. At that point SFC's help, but IMHO those things should not have gotten through.
sam strano what kind of shocks/struts do you think work best with your spring for a all around car. i mean that can be good on the street, road track and drag strip?

Do you need Koni's? No but they do offer the best control and the best ride quality. This is the case with my springs as well as other lowering springs. Shocks are the key, and frankly you can pick springs other than mine and not be nearly as far off as you end up with poor shocks.
Now there are cases when Koni's aren't an option. We do have other shocks for those instances, but they are never my first choice and ultimately just don't work as well as the Koni's do.
