check gages light

first my check gages light came on then all my ligts came on ( air bag, brake , abs inop, brake light) then my gages started to go back and forth.. do you know what that could mean? oh and my radio cut off

while i was driving my check gages light came on then my abs inop light came on then when i parked my brake, air bag and gages started moving back and forth.. when i cut the car off, it wouldnt start back up just making this clicking noise but the radio came back on
