IS this a good deal?

Hi i am lookin at a 99 Z28 that looks in above average condition exterior-wise. Its got all the power options, Ttops, M6, GFX and 130K on it. The dealership is asking $6,000.00 and he told me that he has room to talk. What is a good price for this? Keep in mind I will be traveling 200+ miles to get it and he will be selling it pretty much "as-is" meaning I won't be driving it back for any type of warranty work. thanks for any input

pull blue book value at kbb.com. these cars always pull a premium but at the same time it's only worth what it's worth. I can pull a <edit>for ya if ya want.
