Has anyone bought one of the bolt over billet grills. It says they are much easier to install. I figured if I left the existing black plastic Camaro grill, I wouldn't have to spray the inside of the nose black since my car is white.

trust me just spend the 100 bucks and get the stull billet grill from summit.looks wicked and its solid.....not cheap and flimsy like some of the other ones out there.spend the time and black out the inside and go with the good stuff.youll be much happier...
I ordered one of those grills last year from Summit, but I had to send it back. The catalouge states that it is a simple "clip on" item, but when I got it mailed to me and read the instructions it was anything but! According to the mnfr. I had to completely remove my front bumper (along with the wiring) to install this grill! Fortunately Summits real good about returning stuff, but their despription of the installation on this grill was definately misleading. Again this was last year, maybe they have a newer grill that's easier to put on, but I'd definately talk to a live person there and ask questions before ordering the part.
you musve ordered something different.i got mine last year and all you do is remove the black stock grill and put the billet one on with 4 screws in the middle.......if you guys want i can try to get some pics this weekend of it and how it mounts....took me about 30 minutes from start to finish...thats without me painting it wich i havnt done yet..
