Paypal/getting ripped off

Whats the best way to go about getting money back from someone that has not sent you the product they are suppose to send you.

Purchsed about $300 worth of stuff from a guy on another forum. All went well at first. Every thing was straight said products would be shipped out as soon as paypal clears. This is normal paypal stuff it's how I've always done it so no big deal. Now 2 weeks after the payment cleared I have heard nothing and he as not posted on the forum since. I've sent him a pm and just emailed him alittle while ago. I've also found that he as ripped someone else off. Claimed a part was ported but when the guy got the product it was not ported.

So anyone deal with this before wtf do I do. Should I wait longer or should I just file a report with paypal now since there has been nothing from him in 2 weeks?

open a dispute now with paypal...

also if he bull shits you can click a "escilate" button to pressure him a bit more...

It's not flaming the guy, many people here frequent other boards. You're protecting your fellow enthusiasts from getting e-screwed too.

If you were making up BS about the guy, that's one thing. You're stating your experience with him, that's a different thing altogether.

You arent gonna get shit back...PayPal is usless unless your selling stuff. I paid for something with it and never got it. Opened a dispute and then hit escilate and PayPal said that they agreed and that I should get my money. To this day I have not seen my money. Unfortunately theyre are a$$hole that take advantage of people. :bat:

Got a pm from the guy today with a real tracking number so assuming everything is what its suppose to be when it gets here all is good.
