EGR Block off coolant block off and lines and a new oil pressure sending unit... or auto zone calls it oil pressure switch... just for insurance... then good luck... i had to tighten down the oil pressure switch once after the swap and it only took 30-45 minutes to unbolt and unhook the manifold... just beware... you probably cant find a deep enough socket to tighten that thing...i had to get a long ass 1 1/16 and cut the open end off and grind it down to size... and use Gasket maker on the threads it will leak... oh ya and if it is used by new manifold seals... and when putting the manifold back on down twist up the brake booster hose... my friend did that to me... and i had to take the whole manifold back off... i am a big guy... 295 6' 1" and it was fairly easy... just take ur time and be happy your doing it! Good Luck
I was careful removing the old manifold and had no oil presure sending unit issues. The rear of the manifold must be raised upwards as far as possible the first few inches of travel forward. Same in reverse when sliding back on. Hold the rear up when moving aft the last six inches or so to clear the switch.

Even though this site is for FAST manifold installation there is key important removal information (tips to use). I used it and had no problems with removal or installation. Good luck and go slow
