HELP!.. L92 experts look here

Ok I have an oprotunity to get a good deal on a brand new L92 6.2L engine found in the new escalades and denali's. My question is what are differences between this and the 6.2L Ls3 found in the 08 corvette? I have not found much info on the net so far other than the block is aluminum. What are the offical specs as far as compression ratio, cam specs, valves, rocker size. What would it take to turn this into a Ls3 and what do I need to do put it inside my 05 gto? Thanks alot
