Looks like a cheap quality kit IMO. I'd say just replace it with factory equipment. If you've gone through more than 2 I'd say there's another problem as to why they keep going out. You may want to check the regulator.

check out autozone, the offer a lifetime warranty and have lasted me two years on both motors.
