looking for info/specs on LS-based motors
I tried searching but I'm not quite to sure what to put in the search box....I'm pretty much looking for names of blocks/heads. what car/suv their from and specs on different ls-based block and heads. Ie: lq9, iron 6.0 block, lsx and all of the etc.
I hear a lot of talk about tahoe heads and block being excellent in our cars and capable of awesome power(kinda weird its in a truck vs are cars but hey) and very cost efficent. But I'm not sure where to find a lot of this information, everything is really scattered.
Edit: fisrt post woohoo! I'm coming from the lt1 era and looking to switch over. I now have a 04' r1 and looking for either a SScamaro or 97-2000 vette(tryin to keep cost under 19k)
