i got a 95 LT1 with a S/C pushing 7psi, and my oil is black as hell only 800 miles after an oil change?? i know that with the S/C unit I should change it about every 2k because its not a self contained unit.
any thoughts?

What oil do you use ?
Just because the oil is black doesn't mean that it's gone bad or anything. Full synthetic oils last longer than other oils, but they still turn black.Quote:
