i have the texas speed rumbler catback system with the corsa clone dual tips!
One of a kind. A Borla catback that I did away with Borla Muffler, had a muffler delete pipe made to go in its place, then installed a LoudMouth II muffler in the intermediate pipe. It has the Borla tips though. If your wondering why, I did NOT like the rasp when I installed Long Tubes. Real deep sound now with NO rasp.
Custom true duals with Magnaflow mufflers.

custom 2.5 true dual into X-pipe and out the resonators..deep and mellow but screams when I get on it.

Not finished yet but the plan from front to back --- Kooks headers (done), QTP ORY w/ dual electric cutouts (waiting on $$$), Hooker aerochamber (done), Hooker european dual dual slash cut 3'' tips (Finishing touches)...

Did have LM1 with resonator.
Too loud, Very racy sounding though.
Installed a full Magnaflow system.
Too Quiet! :brick:
I should have just replaced the SLP resonator with a Magnaflow bullet muffler and had the Magnamouth, but I was afraid it wouldn't quiet it down enough.
Oh well, it is a quiet highway cruiser now :blush:
And I hope it will be just about right when the LTs go on.
I've experimented with a ton of them, had flowmasters in various forms, had Edelbrock, Magnaflow, Loud Mouth 1 and 2, Mufflex 4 inch with a flowmaster muffler and a Spintech muffler, Dynomax, and maybe 1 or 2 I'm missing, I have the list on file.
I would still like to try Bassani true duals to see how it compares to the Mufflex 4 inch system, and I would also like to try the GMMG as well but for now I keep falling back to some form of a flowmaster setup.
Other 4th gen runs the factory SLP CME setup with the factory SLP welded case stainless crossflow muffler. Probably just keep this car that way, since I haven't found any of them to offer a performance advantage over the others,,,with the exception of the Mufflex with it's 4 inch system.
if i posted my exhaust tips do you all think you could tell me what tips they are i have never seen them but i like them and they make my car louder i believe, they came on my car
maybe i should change over to the lm1 then. i hate my magnaflow half the time. it's too quietQuote:
