Grinding....??

I'm getting horrible grinding noise from my transmission during shifting and when the clutch is depressed for more than about 5-10 seconds.... It sounds like a t/o brg... but I'm not 100% sure... I just replaced the clutch assembly, master cylinder, slave cylinder (t/o brg) assembly in September... about 15k miles ago..... but all of a sudden I'm getting this noise...?? has anyone else experienced this problem...?? I also feel it in the shifter and the pedal... defective part??? too much use?? damn Camaro :suicide:

I had a similar problem on my truck. It turned out the pilot bearing was bad
