Heard it on the radio this morning. In this scenario they aren't supposed to work until they get past a certain step in the case. But this is for someone normal that works in a normal career field. I will go on the stations website and try to find where the dj got the info...

There have been no charges filed. Just a restraining order.

I forget the way they said it on the radio and the correct terminology cuz i was tired and on my way into work. But let's jay John Smith that works at 7-11 had the same accusations brought on him then he wouldn't be able to go to work until further along in the court processing...I don't know maybe i was sleep driving...
