Do you ride with them up or down on a nice day. I just don't get it here in fl for the last 3-4 months we have been have perfect weather and everyone has there damn windows up. I might see 1 or 2 cars in my 15 mile ride to/from work with them down. I just don't get it, I always have them down unless its hot enough to sweat while crusin or cold enough to catch a chill.
Down, especially with the t-tops off
most of the people with aftermarket exhaust will choose down :)

windows down in town, windows up and ac on on the interstate
it's much harder for people to hear me cussing them with my windows up so I usually have them down.

i picked down..
but i usually have half/half.. but you gotta make them just low enough where when people look to see who is driving the car.. they really gotta look good....it gives them a chance.. and makes you feel good.. haha
Windows down if its hot as fuck..... it its even in the 60's I feel its cold and if I'm riding my bike I look like the stay-puft marsemellow man

ahh but some people have GTOs... there is so much wind noise with them down , it just easier to leave them up ...
