400 rwhp is not hard to achieve with a LS1 F-body. You're talking about 100HP over stock. Full bolt ons without a cam would get you near 400rwhp. With a cam 400 HP is easy.
With a 2000 WS6, I'd recommend headers with true duals, a lid, an underdrive pulley, ported & polished TB, TB coolant bypass, a cam, LS6 intake and a good tune. Those will easily get you HP up where you want it even with stock heads.
HP is not necessarily the best way to gage your performance though. ETs are a much better indication of performance. To get that kind of power to the ground you're going to need some good sticky tires, some LCAs, and SFCs. I'd also recommend sealing your hood to your airbox (or buying a sealed aftermarket system like the JAAM) and adding a 3500 stall if you're an auto.
