How loud?

I have a loudmouth on my car, and i am prolly gonna get headers. However I live in a condo and if i get LT's with catted Y how loud is it gonna be. The only thing i am worried about is startup because i drive like a grandma once im in my complex to kill the sound. Once i leave, i get on it. If i get LT's will ppl complain? I dont wanna spend $$ then have to take them out for no reason. Does it quiet down of i swap in a Brola XR1 muffler. Any suggestions? I want to order but dont have the all the tools required to install and dont wanna pay a shope close to $500 to install them.

wow that sounds like shit, more like a ricer not an ls1 V8. Do u remember ur exhaust setup? Headers, ory etc... 2 kids in my highschool had lm and lt's. One sounded nice but once he started reving up it sounded like glass shattering. The other one sounded nice but i think he has glasspacks.

Mine is louder than my 1965 Cobra replica , and the 65 has straight headers into sidepipes !
But everytime I start the Trans am up my 2 year old says Trans am power.. baby.

here is my ws6 with obx lt w/ reson. to lm1...not raspy until shift points and its only loud if your gettin in it

heres another clip to help out...this is with pacesetter LTs Y Pipe and SLP LM II...dont have it on anymore tho....
