For the 100th time... PS3 or 360

So i want to buy one of the two this month... i need help deciding... in my opinion they both cost the same because ps3 comes with a wireless controller, hard drive, hdmi cable, wireless internet acess, blu ray player, which is something you have to pay extra for on 360... now i have been really leaning towards ps3 a lot but the one big thing that is holding me back is that my friend mods 360s, and i can basically have any game that comes out a week before store releases for $2.50 (the cost of a blank dual layer dvd)... PS3 tech is still new and not much is known about modding them, so what should i do? Also i want to egt the best out of my 720p lcd...

true, but then again in my frat house about 8 people have 360s and like 4 have ps3's so i can always play any game i want haha...
and 360 wont have Grand Tourismo HD

dude ive never played gran turismo HD but i couldnt imagin it being any better than forza 2 for the 360. plus ive heard that the ps3 online community is shit, where as the 360s online community is thriving. Id get the 360. plus its cheaper so you could take the money left over and get maybe 2 more games

i got 360 i love halo 3. i also got madden 08. the graphics are awesome and if you want to play online you need a modem for the 360 but its a lot more efficient connection my friend is a ps3 and he has gotten kicked off before but i would say 360. just my oppinion.

Ps3. My brother is on his 3rd 360. On microsofts behalf, they have been sending him boxes and free refurbished 360's as a replacement.

I love my ps3 so much. Drag racing NFS and call of duty 4 atm.

I have a 360, and the xbox live is a lot of fun. I didnt think I would use it for anything but halo 3 cuz i dont like gaming with other people, but I got hooked and its a lot of fun.

Forza 2 is going to still be better than Grand tourismo 5 IMO. I hear the japanese are not going to put damage in the game, which is a huge part of racing.

Im going to be getting a PS3 soon tho. I am waiting for God of War 3, but that heavenly sword game looks pretty cool.

yeah the premium system comes with a wireless controller and a 20 gig hd, and two games for 350.... sony on the other hand come with 20 more gigs, blu ray player, hdmi cable, wireless internet, as far as i can think of for 50 more bucks... the hddvdplayer bundle for 360 costs like 580 or something... rediculous

but how much of a factor do you guys think this free games forever factor is, because thats the only thing thats making me consider 360 instead of ps3
