Ok I wanted true duals over the axle on my 02 SS, however nobody in my area can do it for say, less than 950 bucks. A local shop said that he can put a set that will dump right in front of the axle on it for 400 or less.
The deal would include 2 high flow cats(mine are gutted), all the 3in piping and install, and would have glasspacks or bullet mufflers, with an x pipe.
I dont need it to be crazy loud, which is why we decided to put cats back on it.

I talked to a guy the other day where I live that said he would put true duals on mine for $650....maybe I need to jump on that deal
I had 3 shops tell me that over the axle was impossible. even though I offered to show them pictures. I think I am gonna go with the dumped setup. It is not a bad deal considering the price of the cats alone
That price includes new cats ? Thats a hell of a deal .
It includes "high flow cats", he didnt say which brand, but I know a lot of people who have used this shop and endorse it well.
Glasspacks kind of give it an unrefined sound but they are cool sounding
yeah thats a deal alright. I just bought tsp true duals used for 350...
you can leave the cats off and go with xr-1 mufflers they are not extremely loud and they flow very good.
