nO bILSTEINS FOR ME........
I ordered the slp Bilsteins over a month ago and the place I ordered from keeps trying to feed me BS. I call a week ago and the guy says "they will be in in 5 days-they were on backorder". I figure I can wait another week since its already been a month and a half. A week goes by and I notice the front shocks are "being prepared to be shipped" but the rear shocks have been cancelled. HUH? I call and ask whats going on and the guy says-"these are on back order for 2 weeks". I said you told me a week a week ago. And he also tells me- "The front shocks shouldnt say being shipped because we dont even have them ". I call around to a few other online stores and find out that Bilstein shocks are on backorder untill at least Jan 2008!!! I called back and got my money refunded to my credit card immediately and am pretty pissed off. I mean why couldnt they just be straight with me and say-we dont know how long it will be? Not lead me on. I have brakes,rotors, and some other things I need to put on but want to do the shocks at the same time and this shit has been holding me up over a month and a half for nothing!
I am now ordering KYB AGX. Found them on sale and they are in stock. Do any of you guys have them? How do you like them? I am not lowering my car so I wondered if these shocks would be ok for me? Thanks
