A/C condensor seals

Ia m talking to somebody about a 99 T/A he says the A/C condensor seals are bad how much am I looking at to replace these and how hard are they to install or is this a best left to professionals job? Ive rebuilt just about everything on my car but it is a 1973. Thanks Brandon

does he mean the o-rings on the lines going to the condenser?

im not quite sure he says they car has sat in the garage for 3 years but it only has 28k on it
