It just so happens I am from Denver, and I've been following the Rockies since '93. My ex-father inlaw had season tickets, I've been to 100's of games over the years. So yes, I am excited about it.
My old apartment was within walking distance to coors field, I would walk to the games...wether they sucked or not.

If you love baseball, you should love these two teams. Especially Colorado. If you ever played the game, you'd realize just how much this run means. That streak they went on is a miracle. They play 145 games pretty well, and you could expect them to be insanely tired, but they turned it up a notch and now look. Hell, I play 30 games a season, and by the end I'm exhausted.
So, either you lied about being a true baseball fan or you just like yanking people's chains in order to start fights. Seriously, this thread was about people interested in the games.
