Rear seat

My 99 Camaro has some pretty bad UV damage, vandalism all over the car, a nasty beat to hell cracked body kit, and a retarded wing spoiler, but I'm getting it painted here soon, and new headlights, brake lights, corners etc... The front seats aren't in TOO bad of shape (gray leather) but the back seat has real bad damage along the top edge, and the stitching has come undone and it just looks like garbage. I guess this is what happens when you are deployed and your car gets vandalized, broken into, t-tops stolen, stereo stolen, and the resulting sun damage here in Cali did the rest lol.

Would you either a) find a replacement seat or b) just get rid of the damn thing.

If you say "a" where might I get a gray leather rear seat for cheap? I'm really just trying to sell the car, so it doesn't have to be perfect, just better than what I have in there.

And if you say "b" how hard is it to get the seat out? Just a few bolts?

Also how hard is it to find a replacement center console? I just want to replace the lid if that's even possible.

The rear seats are 3 pieces...do u need all 3 or just the back 1 piece.

A. Ebay, junk yard, etc..... Easy to find if you look...I know they are some f-body part specialist in cali. I believe 97-99 are exact replacement gray color..00-02 is black...bought complete seat on ebay for 550....shipping is usually the killer 150 for set and less for 1 piece ....but if you just need one piece have patience and usual can find it in time on ebay for less than 100.00 shipped...at least I have seen them at...or get a seat cover set.

B. 1 10mm bolt for each bucket and 2 10mm bolts for rear back piece and 4 star shaped screws for seatbelt loop if memory recalls correct.

it's the backrest part that is coming apart. I'll look around and see if I can find anything. Thanks
