Alpine type R speakers

So I have 4 alpine type R 6.5" speakers left over from my non-monsoon firebird I planned on putting in the trans am, but a quick inspection showed that the rear speakers already have 4 channel. So I guess I can't wire in the little crossover box that came with the type Rs. Will these speakers still work in the front and B pillar (not worried about the hatch speakers)? How do I know which colored wire to hook up to which of the four connectors on the speaker? Sorry to sound like an idiot but I really don't know much about the monsoon system, besides that it sucks.
