I have a wierd problem. I am out of gas, but when I go to put gas in the tank it acts as if the tank is full and it starts over flowing and spitting the gas back at me.Has anyone had the same problem, or have a solution to the problem?
I thought something might be blocking the gas flow, but nothing is blocking it.
never had the overflow spitting the gas out problem, but sometimes the pump does stop like if the tank was full its really anoying because I have to keep taking out the nossle and puting it back in :brick:
there is a vent on the neck were you put gas in bet you a shiny nickle its cloged
iv had this problem but in a jeep, take the gas nozzel and put it in your tank just enough to have it in there (less then an inch) if this doesnt work i dont know what to tell you
True that, on my dad's truck, you have to have the gas nozzle barley in at all otherwise it does not overflow, but the stupid pump shuts off every two seconds.Quote:
