so im looking at getting the 17 inch stock rims that came on the 2001 and 2002 rims, the problem is i cant find anybody that sells them except for gm and they're charging 800 per rim!! PER RIM!! madness...anyways does anybody know where i can pick some up? thanks for any help
They're pretty common on Ebay. You should be able to pick up an entire set for around $800 to $1000 + shipping if you are patient.
You can check salvage yards, some have national parts location ability... There are several listed here http://www.car-part.com/ for example.
