i was wanting the stainless steel ram air grilles but after seeing how much they cost i was wondering if i could just paint the plastic ones? would it still look good?and also would the holes still retain or would paint build up in there? also if i were to do this what would be the best paint to use i was wanting a silver or chrome look...?
nobody has any clue....really need help on this come on guys?
I used to paint mine with chrome plastic model paint in those little tiny spray cans from the hobby store.
Mine used to be red when i bought it, but i hated how that looked, so i took them out and painted them...

But i would suggest putting a primer on it first, mine have a slight red tint on them now (but it looks kinda cool to me)
