nothing ever just "bolts in" ... LCA relocation brackets help

Well, got to mod the phoenix this weekend and with big thanks to zboner and zbizkit we got as far as we could...until I went to install the LCA relcoation brackets.

I have a set of UMI bolt in brackets [no flaming about weld-ins please] and appearantly the brake line and ebrake cable need to be removed from the old bracket...how does one doo this succesfully...is it possible to cut through the old bracket or do the lines need to be undone from it some how? :help:
