the usual (lid, high flow cats, full exhaust) Nitrous;) and make sure to do suspension and tuning while you're at it.
vortech sells a charger kit for it... go on summit racing and look it up.

ok well what size and do you know what ethere the stock lifter numbers are or a good size cam would be i found on that has 201 intake and 205 exhaust
RKsport makes a supercharger kit for the 3800 that will fit under the hood.
Also...headers, intake, exhaust, aluminum driveshaft, better rear end gearing (ex. 3.73)...etc.
