Please identify this Camshaft

Hi,

The photo at the bottom is the rear end of the camshaft that was in my car.
Is there any way of telling if its the stock one for a 99 LS1?

The numbers at the rear end of the shaft says:
0965
4 10
8342

Then there's a 3 and a X and a bar code.

I took some measures of the lobes (may not be 100% accurate):

These are the measurements for the first lobe from the front of the camshaft:
Basecircle: 1,550"
Lobe peak: 1,849"
Total lift: 0,299
Lift @ valve: 0,508

And here are the measurements for the second lobe from the front of the camshaft:
Basecircle: 1,550"
Lobe peak: 1,851"
Total lift: 0,301
Lift @ valve: 0,511
