Killed a 600 bike with the new motor

Just cruisin home from a friend's house last evening and saw a yellow crotch rocket a ways up the highway so I lay the hammer down to get up beside him and see that it's a 600. I finally got the new 408 tuned and figured I might as well try to make this thing its first "kill".
He's in the right hand lane behind a car, I'm in the left...he get's behind me and once we we past the car I move into the right hand lane. I hear him downshift and come up beside me..I slam her into 3rd and take off. I dunno how much distance was between us but it was a good couple of cars. He got back up beside me and just shook his head and gave me the thumbs up. I don't know what kind of 600 it was...I've been looking around on the web for similar pictures so if I find one I'll post it up.

476 on a mustang dyno...we're going to tweak some stuff and throw her on a dynojet.

There are some vid clips floating around somewhere of when it was on the dyno with 2 people in the trunk so it wouldn't spin. I'll try to get them transfered to me sometime this weekend.

Yes he stayed in it the whole time...does the GSXR come in yellow? That looks the closest out of all the bikes. The fourth picture isn't visible.

Probably a CBR-600.
Good kill man. Now go find an R1.

Eh, I may have beat a bike but I'm not stupid...I won't be beating an R1 anytime soon, I doubt even with the 300 shot.

the new 600gsxrs are blue and black. there are yellow gsxrs, like in 05/06 i wanna say, not totally sure on the year for the yellow

nice kill out running a bike. You can order alot of aftermarket plastic colors i am looking at my shops parts catalog and you can get about any 600 in yellow you just won't be factory we have guys coming in my shop all the time after layin there bikes down and going to the dealer and seeing how bad there gunna get raped for a new set of plastic and most go with a non factory color.
The bike you raced could have been the new kawi 600rr two of my buddie's (frequent replacement shoppers) have these and one is about to go to yellow so it could be anything. But reguardless nice kill!!!!
