What should I do about this situation?

Well to make a extremely long story as short as I can. I was punched 8 times in the face, 2 times with keys wrapped in this bitches hand, all because I wouldn't let her drive drunk and kill a bunch of people or herself. I never touched her, not even a poke, called cops they hauled her off in hand and feet shackels. I have a black eye, cut on my nose, it is all sore and my glasses where bent ( I bent them back the best I could/not to bad acually) Should I sue the shit out of her, or let her go. I told her next time I would most likely knock her teeth down her throat, but I have never hit a women and never really want to, my tolerance for her is all most up though. I am leaning more towards sueing the shit out of her. But I want to get opinions.

i know what u mean about wanting to knock the girls teeth down her throat, but not wanting to hit a woman.... ive experienced that feeling so many times. id go for the suing part unless she is/was some type of friend of urs.

eh u shoulda knocked the bitch out..dunno if i could let some bitch hit me in the face with keys like that...thats nuts.....how do u know her? good friend? or was should i say....does she have a lot of money so sueing is actually worth your while? maybe wait and see how the criminal trial goes...if she gets reasonable sentance maybe thats punisment enough??

She has been a friend for 13 years, that is what pisses me off the most. Well she USE TO BE my friend. I could care less about her at this point, the friendship is over. She loves money, so I want to hit her where it hurts. She doesn't have alot but I am not looking to get rich quick, I just want to do as bad as I can to her with out killing her or recking her shit (I don't believe in that) .

money is always good. if shes not a friend of urs, sue her for her frickin ovaries

i just got punched in the face by my old lady last nite. i say do your best, if you have to grab her to avoid a fight, then do it. dont hit her, or even threaten it when youre beside yourself, she'll just tell everyone and youll have to go on a 5 month long psychotic rampage with everyone in st. peters who thinks im a woman beater when i didnt do anything. ooops, thats me.

as good as it may feel, dont hit her, unless she just unloads on you uncontrollably. but hittting girls isnt right.

The lawsuit could be a pain in the ass though. I hate even being around lawyers, they are the scum of this earth..... well at least the US of A

I have about 4 witnesses to the whole thing, they can't believe I didn't hit her or even touch or grab her but I really don't want to snap the 25 year streak of not hitting women and I didn't so I am happy there but in general I am a pissed off battered man.

i say sue her. the friendship is in the toilet anyway, and she had no right to punch you that many times. im sick of this "sympathy because shes a woman" shit. if the roles were reversed you'd be floating in the river or in prison, and then killed.

Next time a woman does that knock her fucking teeth out. Way to many women think they can just go around hitting guys all they want because the are "protected". Fuck that. Would you let a small weak man get away with that shit? Fuck no. Just because they have a hole where their peckers are supposed to be doesn't make them less of a threat. I wouldn't think twice about clocking some bitch that came at me like that.

My opinion is if a woman wants to punch like a guy, she should expect to be punched back from a guy. All is equal when fists start flying

one questions is how did she hit you 8 times??? why didnt you grab her??

Dude i feal ya on this one.......i manage a bar and i dont let ANYONE drive home drunk........needless to say ive gotten into a few altercations with customers(and friends) and its all for the best.....but as far as sueing her......it depends on how well you know her..........b/c i hate the excuse "i was drunk"
